Sometimes referred to as HP. A method of paying for something in which the buyer pays part of the cost immediately and then makes small regular payments until the debt is completely paid. Ownership generally passes at the end of the contract upon payment of a small option to purchase fee. Can be fixed or variable rate interest. Repayments are generally monthly, quarterly or seasonal to suit your cashflow.
A legal agreement by which money is paid in order to use a piece of equipment for an agreed period of time. Ownership remains with the funder however the asset is shown on your balance sheet and you may be entitled to a rebate of your rentals on disposal of the goods. After the Primary Period of a lease you can also continue to use the asset indefinitely by paying a small annual rental, often referred to as a "peppercorn" rental.
VAT is paid monthly and rentals are fully Tax deductible.

Usage is paid for rather than ownership for a given period with the goods normally being returned to the supplying dealer or manufacturer at the end of term. Rentals are fully Tax deductible and typically lower than Hire Purchase Repayments, improving your cashflow. Return Conditions will apply and you should always seek the advice of your Accountant / Tax advisor prior to entering into this type of agreement.
As per "Operating Lease" but generally with repairs, maintenance and/or servicing incorporated by the supplying dealer.

Invoice discounting allows your business to release working capital. It provides cash by releasing (up front) a percentage of the value of unpaid sales invoices within 24 hours of them being raised. Buy / Sell Construction Equipment
We don't compete with any of the dealers that we work with but often we are asked by customers to find them a particular new or used machine given the contacts we have. We also have longstanding relationships with experienced people who underwrite used construction equipment. Often it is the "trade-in" machine price that hinders a new sale from going ahead.
